What's included:
- Customise your dashboard: pick the widgets you want, and your layout is saved to your account
- A quick setup for new accounts to choose a starting dashboard
- Paste or upload your last performance review. You confirm the ratings we pull out, and your new review addresses that feedback directly

CV Rewrites You Can Trust
The CV Optimizer now changes how your CV reads, not what it says, and tells you plainly when a role isn't worth the application.
What's included:
- Rewrites are designed to keep the facts, figures, dates and sections of your original CV intact
- A clear 'don't apply' verdict when the gap is too wide, with a take-away pack: the Hiring Manager Brief, the gaps that decided it, and a ready-made prompt for any AI tool
- Job analysis runs in the background and shows you the stage it's actually on

Revenue in Your Own Currency
Log contributions in the currency you actually work in. Nothing is quietly converted, and nothing is quietly left out.
What's included:
- Every contribution is kept in the currency you entered it in
- Your headline total tells you when it doesn't include everything, and why
- Contributions you've captured but not yet classified are shown, not counted as zero
- Choose your working currency once, and change it any time in Settings
Career Timeline
Add where you've worked, and your record organises itself around the roles you've held.
What's included:
- Add your companies and roles in Settings, under Career Timeline
- Achievements and revenue are matched to the role you held at the time
- Company details such as industry are filled in for you
- CV Optimizer analysis — the Hiring Manager Brief, CV assessment and gap analysis — comes back in the language of your CV and job description
